How do I get a refund?
If you want a refund, that's no problem at all! If you purchased within 30 days, please request a refund (this is an automated process and your refund will be granted automatically).

Can you help me fix the problem first?
Yes, before you initiate a refund, we would also love to help you troubleshoot to see if we can get Synergy working for you. If you're happy for us to help, you can email us directly at email@example.com or send us a message with your issue via the Help button.
Do I need to explain why I am requesting a refund?
No, actually you don't need to explain (but telling us what went wrong will help us to improve). We are of course more than happy to honor our refund policy with no questions asked.
What happens once I submit the form?
Once the form has been completed as your refund will be automatically issued. The funds should be credited to your account within 10 business days, but this may happen sooner depending on your bank.
What if I don't receive my refund?
This rarely happens, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or click the Help button (bottom right of this screen) to send us a message.
