What is our policy on refunds?

Do I need to explain why I am requesting a refund?

We are of course more than happy to honor our refund policy with no questions asked. We also have recognized though that some users request for a refund because they are unable to get Synergy to work for their needs. Before you initiate a refund, we would also love to help you troubleshoot to see if we can get Synergy working for you.

I want Synergy to work for me but I cannot find the solution by myself. Can I get help?

Yes! If you're happy for us to help, you can email us directly at support@symless.com or send us a message with your issue via the Help button.

I still want to initiate a refund. How do I initiate?

For those of you that still want to initiate a refund, no problem at all! If you purchased within 30 days, please submit your request through our refund form (requires login).

If you're unsure about anything, you can check out our refund policy or contact us directly.

What happens once I submit the form?

Once the form has been completed as your refund will be automatically issued. The funds should be credited to your account within 10 business days, but this may happen sooner depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund within this time frame, you can email us directly at support@symless.com or send us a message with your issue via the Help button.
