There's a couple of ways to contact us in case you have any questions or issues. Perhaps you need tech support for Synergy or you need help with your Symless account.

The quickest way for our users to get help with Synergy is to check out the Synergy help pages. If you are unable to find the answer there, please contact us in one of the following ways.

Technical/product support for Synergy

Our first priority is to resolve any questions or issues through support tickets. This is the best way to get help with Synergy.

Customer service and Symless account issues

We can help if you're having trouble logging in, have a question about a payment, or if there's something else we can help with related to your Symless account.

Other ways to contact the team

You can also join us in a conversation on Slack, Discord, and our forums. Our Support team checks these channels occasionally, and there may be other Synergy users active who can volunteer their help. The idea of providing these platforms is to give our users a community (it's not the primary method of support).
