If you want to save your log content, for your own troubleshooting or to send to our support team, you can enable this setting in Synergy 1.
Steps:
- Open Synergy 1.
- Open Preferences: on Windows and Linux, click Edit, then Preferences. On macOS, it's in the Synergy menu in the menu bar.
- Click the Logs tab.
- Turn on Log to file.
- Set Level to Debug. It records enough detail for our support team without filling the file as fast as Verbose; the log file is kept to about 1 MB, with one older copy, so older lines are dropped as it fills.
- Next to Log path, choose where to save the log file. The default is your user folder.
- Click Save.
Do this on each of your computers, and attach each log file to your support ticket.
