If Synergy 1 doesn't reconnect after a Windows computer wakes from sleep or hibernation, turn off Always run as system (work at login screen and UAC) on that computer.
Before you do: with this off, Synergy 1 can't control the Windows login screen or UAC prompts on that computer. If you need those, leave it on: How to make Synergy work with UAC prompts
- Open Synergy 1 on the Windows computer that slept.
- Go to Edit > Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Use background service (daemon), untick Always run as system (work at login screen and UAC).
- Click Save.
