Download the latest Synergy 3 or Synergy 1 from our download page. You don't need to log in, except for Synergy 1 Enterprise: Download
Download the latest version
- If you see Choose your Synergy product, choose the License edition under the product your license covers (Synergy 3 or Synergy 1):
- For business and enterprise customers: Business, or Enterprise for Synergy 1 Enterprise. Synergy 3 has no Enterprise edition, so with a Synergy Enterprise license, choose Business under Synergy 3.
- For personal, non-commercial customers: Personal.
- Click Download Synergy 3 or Download Synergy 1 under it.
- Check the product name at the top of the page. If it isn't the one your license covers, click Synergy 3 or Synergy 1 below it. If you're logged in, the page opens on the product your license covers.
- Click the download for your operating system. On Windows that's Download (64-bit); on macOS, Apple Silicon (M-series) or Intel chip; on Linux, the package for your distribution. Business pages list Red Hat Enterprise Linux where personal pages list Rocky Linux.
- If asked, click Download as guest, or log in to your account.
Not sure which product you own? Log in and check under Licenses on your account page: Your account
For installing and setting up, see: Start here: Install and configure
Download an older version or a beta
- Open the download page for your product, as in the steps above.
- Scroll down to All versions.
- Click the version series you need, such as Version 3.7 or Version 1.21.
- Click the version number.
- Click the download for your operating system.
Older versions need no login, except Synergy 1 Enterprise (see below). Betas and release candidates are marked Beta or RC. To get back to the newest version, click Latest version above All versions.
Older versions are there for compatibility; we recommend the latest version for the best experience.
Synergy Enterprise
Enterprise downloads need your license, so log in with the email address it's on. To install on a computer where you can't log in, click Email download link beside your Enterprise license on your account page; we email you a link that downloads without logging in.
Download blocked or failing?
Download doesn't start? Click manual download on the page, after If the download didn't start automatically. If nothing happens, turn off your ad blocker or pop-up blocker for symless.com, or try another browser, then click the download for your operating system again.
The download page starts the file for you with a script, then passes it on to the server our downloads come from, at another address. Some ad blockers and pop-up blockers stop one or the other, so nothing seems to happen.
If the download times out or your browser shows a security warning:
- On a company network, ask your IT team to allow the server our downloads come from. Its address is in your browser's address bar after the download fails.
- On any other network, try the download through a VPN connected to another country. Another network in the same country, such as your phone's mobile data, can be blocked the same way.
Some internet providers and network filters block the server our downloads come from, sometimes across a whole region, even when our website opens normally.
If the download still fails, or you can't use a VPN, contact support with your country, your internet provider and a screenshot of what your browser shows, so we can look into it: Contact support
Messages you might see
- Your browser shows "Internal server error" or "File not found": contact support and include the whole message, which tells us what went wrong. The fault is on our side, so another network won't help.
- "The account you're signed in to doesn't have a Synergy 3 license." (or the product you picked): the download still works. If your license is on another account, click Log out in that message, then log in with that account.
- "Sorry, it looks like you don't have access to the download files for this product release.": Synergy 1 Enterprise downloads need an Enterprise license, and the account you're logged in to has none. Log in with the address your Enterprise license is on, or click Download latest.
- Downloads unavailable: the account you're logged in to has no licenses. Check you're logged in with the email address you bought with.
