Go to Keyboard & mouse in the Synergy 3 window. These settings are shared with all your computers.
Basic
- Hotkey configuration: click the arrow to create keyboard shortcuts. For the steps, see the article Create hotkeys in Synergy 3.
- Relative mouse moves (on by default): while the cursor is locked to another computer, sends mouse movement as relative moves rather than positions. Games that capture the mouse need this. To lock the cursor, see: How to lock the cursor to a computer?
Advanced
- Alt Gr for PC keyboards only (on by default): makes the Alt Gr key on a PC keyboard act as Alt on your other computers. If you type characters with Alt Gr (common on European keyboards) and they come out wrong on another computer, turn this off.
- Enable lock to screen (on by default): lets Scroll Lock, or your own lock hotkey, keep the cursor on one computer. Turn it off if the cursor gets stuck because Scroll Lock was pressed by mistake.
