If you use a work email address, ask your IT team to allow email from symless.com. Whatever address you use, add the addresses we send from to your contacts or safe senders list, and look for our emails in your spam or junk folder. We send from:
- Your contact on our business team: if you buy Synergy Business or Synergy Enterprise through our sales team, your quote, serial keys and renewal come from your contact's own symless.com address.
- support@symless.com: our support team's replies. If you wrote to business-support@symless.com, the reply comes from that address.
- website@symless.com: emails from our website, such as your purchase confirmation, password resets and release announcements.
If you bought on our website, your payment receipt comes from Paddle, our payment processor: look for an email from paddle.com with the subject Your receipt from Synergy.
Using a work email address?
Ask whoever manages your organization's email, usually your IT team, to allow email from symless.com, which our support, business team and website addresses are on.
Organization mail filters often block our emails, and only whoever manages them can change that. Allowing the whole domain covers every symless.com address we send from, which a list of single addresses can miss.
Once the change is made, tell us, and we'll check whether our website stopped emailing your address while it was blocked, and turn it back on: Contact Synergy Support
Get our emails into your inbox
- In your spam or junk folder, look for emails from the addresses above.
- Mark each one you find there as not spam.
- Add support@symless.com and website@symless.com to your contacts or safe senders list, along with any other address of ours you wrote to or heard from, such as your contact on our business team.
- Add paddle.com to your safe senders list, if your email has one, so receipts from Paddle get through.
- Remove any of our addresses or domains from your blocked senders list.
- Change any filter rule that moves our emails out of your inbox or deletes them.
Still not getting our emails?
Tell us which address our emails aren't reaching, with your ticket number if you have one, and write from another email address if our replies aren't reaching you either: Contact Synergy Support

Not even a password reset email arrives? Tell us, and we'll check whether our website has stopped emailing your address, and turn it back on: Contact Synergy Support
Our website stops emailing an address once one of its emails to it is rejected as undeliverable or reported as spam.
-
Can't log in without a password reset email? Contact us from your account's email address, and we'll put a link to set a new password in our reply: Contact Synergy Support
If that address is also your Google account, you can click Continue with Google on the login page instead. Logging in with Google is covered in our help center article: Log in to your account on our website, or reset your password
-
Need your serial key? It's on your account page under Licenses once you log in. For the steps, see: Find your serial key and license details on your account
-
Typed your address wrong when you bought or contacted us? Contact us from your correct address with the name you used, and we'll look for your purchase or request. If it was a purchase, include your serial key or a screenshot of the charge on your bank or card statement: Contact Synergy Support
We need one of them before we can move your purchase to your correct address. Our emails go to exactly the address you typed.
-
Missing our release announcements? On your account page, opt in to Account and product emails under Email preferences. Release emails go only to customers who opted in and hold a current license for that product. We announce feature releases and important fixes, such as a security update, rather than every update. For the steps, see: Change your account email, name, password or email preferences
