Log in
- On the login page, under Log in to your account, enter your Email address and Password.
- Click Log in.
Rather not use a password? Click Continue with Google and pick the Google account with the same email address as your account on our website. It works with an existing account straight away, with nothing to connect first, and your password keeps working too. If there's no account for that email address yet, one is created.
Forgot your password?
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your Email address and click Send reset email.
- Open the email we send you and follow the link in it.
- Under Enter your new password, type your new password in Password and Confirm password, then click Set new password.
The link works for 24 hours. If it has expired, you'll see "Sorry, that link doesn't seem to be valid"; request a new one from the same page.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, and check you entered the email address you bought with.
Never set a password?
If your account was created for you, we email you a link that opens a Set your password page. Type your password in Password and Confirm password, then click Set new password. If that link has expired, click Continue with Google on the login page with the same email address, or contact us.
Messages you might see
- "Oops, either your email or password was incorrect. Please try again.": check you're using the email address you bought with, or reset your password as above.
- "Something went wrong with your login session. Please log out and then log back in.": click Log out, then log in again.
- We've updated our License Agreement: read the summary under What's changed, tick I have read and accept the updated End-User License Agreement. and click Accept and continue to reach your account.
