Change your account email, name, password or email preferences

Log in to your account to change your details: Your account

Change your name or email address

  1. Under Account details, click Edit details.
  2. Change your First name, Last name or Email. Business accounts can also change the Organization name.
  3. Click Save.

A new email address takes effect straight away and becomes the address you log in with. Your licenses and serial keys stay on the account.

"Sorry, this email address is already in use." means another account on our website already has that address. Contact us and we'll help: Contact support

Change your password

  1. Under Account details, click Change password.
  2. Type your new password in Password and Confirm password, then click Set new password.

Choose which emails you get

  1. At the bottom of your account page, under Email preferences, choose Opt-in or Opt-out for Account and product emails and for Marketing emails.
  2. Click Update email preferences.

The opt-out link at the bottom of our emails opens the same choices without logging in. Even with both opted out, you still get the emails your account needs, such as a password reset.
