Using a discount code
If you followed a link with a code in it, the purchase page applies the code for you and shows it as applied, with its discount. The website remembers the code in that browser, so it stays applied when you go on to buy.
To use a code you were sent:
- Choose your edition on our purchase page: Purchase Synergy
- In the checkout, add your code as a discount before you pay.
A code works on an upgrade too, such as from Synergy 3 Lite to Synergy 3 Plus. For the steps, see: Upgrade your license to a higher edition or to Synergy 3
An expired code shows as expired on the purchase page, and the price is shown without it. If you were sent a code that has expired, ask us: Contacting our support team
